Check-in time is 4pm. If your flight arrives earlier in the day and you wish to arrive earlier than 4pm, please inquire with us ahead of time and if we are able to accommodate an earlier check-in, we will do our best to accommodate you and will let you know the cost.
Check-out time is 11AM. If your flight is departing later in the day or you wish to stay longer than 11AM, please inquire with us ahead of time and if we are able to accommodate a later check-out, we are happy to do so. All check-outs after 11AM must be approved ahead of time, with no exceptions.
In order to book/reserve a property, a deposit is required. This deposit will be fully refundable within 14 days of the check-out date if the property is returned in good condition and there are not damages.
All bookings require a refundable security deposit to be used against unforeseen damage to the property. This is no different than a credit card hold placed by hotels at check-in.
Yes, there are strict occupancy limits for each condo. Each person will be required to register at check-in and no additional overnight guests will be permitted. All people staying in the unit are subject to the binding agreement. To register all tenants please send a photo ID of each one of the tenants staying in the unit and write also their e-mail addresses to allure.clientservices@gmail.com.
We will personally greet you on your arrival, and provide the rental's keys and codes. Make sure to stay in contact, and let us know any updates before arrival.

Yes, one parking space is included with each rental. Some properties have an assigned parking spot in the attached garage and others have free valet parking after registration with the HOA.
Kitchens have top-of-the-line appliances, including stoves/burners, ovens, microwave, Iron and iron board, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cutlery. Every property has its own washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher. Please check the details for the property you are booking.
Each kitchen has a complete set of cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cutlery.
Yes, bath towels and linens are provided.
Absolutely! This is Miami after all. Every property has air conditioning. Heating is also available for a few days each year when the temperature drops below 60.
There is a gym located inside the condominium. You can access the gym by using your key FOB or fingerprints in certain buildings.
Yes. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our vacation rentals. Guests may smoke outside on terraces. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking inside.
Some properties HOA’s require that tenants complete a screening. This is a result of a series of unauthorized parties that resulted in damage to the buildings by short-term tenants during COVID.
